For many years we have sold beef by the whole-, half-, and quarter-animal, as well as some ground beef in 1 lb packages to family, friends and neighbours.  After tasting our beef, nearly all of our customers vow to never purchase beef anywhere else! 


Our delicious and super healthy Grass-fed beef, is raised without the use of grains due to the unique genetic benefits of our easy-keeping, Angus cattle. Grass-fed beef has many noted health benefits:

  • Lower in saturated fats
  • Higher in beta-carotene, Vitamin E, Vitamin B, and riboflavin
  • Higher in CLA (conjugated linoleic acid – a potential cancer fighter)
  • Higher in Omega 3 fatty acids & a better ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids

Also our Grass-fed beef is:

  • raised from birth on our farm
  • raised in a low-stress environment
  • Hormone-free
  • Antibiotic-free


While in Argentina with the Manitoba Forage Council and Manitoba Grassfed Beef Association in February of 2008, I (Jonathan) saw many ranches where cattle didn’t even get a whiff or a sniff of grain, and, in fact almost all beef in Argentina is grass-finished!  What I saw in Argentina really confirmed the direction we were heading with our Angus herd back here in Canada—smaller frame scores, voluminous animals with the capacity to finish on forages alone.
